Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain how prices, taxes and payments work on Printster. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

Prepaid orders only

All orders are paid online, in full, before printing starts. We do not offer cash on delivery. Your order goes into production only after your payment is confirmed.

Accepted payment methods

  • UPI (any UPI app)
  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and others supported by the gateway)
  • Net banking with all major Indian banks
  • Wallets supported by the gateway
  • Print Cash: your Printster wallet balance from refunds and rewards, on its own or together with another method

The methods shown at checkout depend on the payment gateway in use at the time.

Payment security

Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment aggregators (such as Paytm, Razorpay or PhonePe) on their own secure, PCI-DSS compliant pages. Printster never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Card payments may require one-time-password (OTP) or 3-D Secure verification by your bank.

Prices, GST and invoices

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price updates as you choose paper, colour, binding and quantity. Checkout shows the full breakdown before you pay: item prices, any speed surcharge, delivery charge, discounts and GST.
  • The amount on the payment page is exactly what you pay. There are no hidden fees added later.
  • GST is charged at the rate that applies to each product and service. A GST tax invoice from Tech Udyam Solutions Private Limited (GSTIN 07AAFCT8420M2ZY) is available for every order. To claim input tax credit, enter your business GSTIN at checkout.
  • We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
  • If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after payment.

Failed or pending payments

If money was debited but your order still shows as unpaid, do not pay again straight away. Most pending payments are confirmed or automatically reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not resolved, contact us with the transaction reference and we will check with the gateway. If you do end up paying twice for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method or to Print Cash, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Business accounts on credit

Institutions and businesses may be offered credit terms by written agreement with Printster. Unless the agreement says otherwise, invoices on credit are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, and overdue amounts carry interest at 18% per annum.
