Promotional Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every Printster promotion: coupon codes, sale prices, free-delivery offers, Print Cash, the Rewards programme, referrals and contests. The details of a particular offer (discount, validity, minimum order, eligible products) are shown with that offer on the Offers page, in the coupon list at checkout or in the message that announced it. If an offer’s own terms conflict with these, the offer’s own terms apply.

1. Coupon codes

  • Enter a coupon at checkout. The discount is shown in the order total before you pay. Coupons cannot be applied after payment.
  • Each coupon may have a minimum order value, a maximum discount, eligible products or categories, a validity period and a limit on how many times it can be used (usually once per customer).
  • Only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
  • Discounts apply to the item prices before GST unless the offer says otherwise. Speed surcharges and delivery charges are only discounted when the offer says so.
  • If you cancel an order or it is refunded, a single-use coupon used on it may not be reissued.

2. Print Cash

  • Print Cash is credit in your Printster account, earned from refunds, rewards, referrals and promotions. It is not a bank balance or a prepaid payment instrument.
  • Print Cash can be used, fully or partly, to pay for Printster orders. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or converted to cash, except that refunds of money you paid can be sent back to your original payment method on request.
  • Print Cash does not expire. Promotional credit given for a specific campaign may carry its own expiry, which will be stated when it is given.

3. Rewards programme and tiers

  • Your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) depends on how much you have spent on delivered orders in the last 12 months and is recalculated monthly.
  • Tier benefits and reward amounts are shown on the Rewards page and in your account, and may change. Changes do not take away rewards already credited.

4. Referrals

  • You can share your referral code with friends who are new to Printster. The reward is credited after your friend’s first order is delivered and not cancelled or refunded.
  • Referring yourself, creating multiple accounts, or posting your code on coupon or deal websites is not allowed.

5. Contests and giveaways

Any contest or giveaway will publish its own rules: who can enter, how winners are chosen, the prizes and the dates. Winners may be asked to verify their identity. Any tax due on a prize is deducted as required by law.

6. Misuse and changes

  • We may withdraw a discount, reward or Print Cash obtained through fraud, abuse, technical errors or a breach of these terms, and may suspend the accounts involved.
  • We may change or end a promotion at any time. This does not affect orders already paid for or rewards already credited.
