Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can upload a scan or screenshot of your own Aadhaar card and we will print a clear, high-resolution copy on standard or heavy paper. Printster prints copies of customer-owned documents — we do not issue or generate Aadhaar cards.
We recommend 90 GSM or higher paper for Aadhaar copies as it is more resistant to tearing and moisture during handling. A standard A4 print containing two copies (front and back) on one sheet is the most common choice.
Our printers output at 600 DPI, which is sufficient to reproduce the Aadhaar QR code legibly and make the photo clearly recognisable. Ensure your uploaded file is at least 200 DPI for the best result.
You can order as many copies as you need in a single order — there is no minimum or maximum. Bulk copies are useful for filing sets across multiple submissions like bank accounts, SIM registrations, or property documentation.
A printed copy is widely accepted for routine KYC purposes, but acceptance depends entirely on the institution or authority you submit it to. For attestation or notarised copies you should approach a gazetted officer or notary.
